The following agreement will apply once you subscribe to the membership:

This Service Contract for The Infinite Goal Academy with Mandy Evill ("Agreement") by and between The Infinite Mind Company LTD ("Company") and the undersigned ("Client"). The following agreement will apply once you subscribe to the monthly membership group:

1. Agreement

1.1. This is an exclusive monthly subscription membership for ‘The Infinite Goal Academy with Mandy Evill’, a private Facebook group community.

1.2. The Infinite Mind Co. promises that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential.

1.3. The CLIENT understands that any coaching is not psychotherapy or counselling and is not a substitute for professional counselling by a licensed psychotherapist or other licensed professional. The client understands that Company does not consist of any licensed psychotherapists or counsellors.

1.4 The Client also understands and agrees that the Company's services are not specific financial advice and as set forth the Company cannot guarantee a financial success. The client acknowledges that the Company are not financial advisors, and that Company shall not provide financial advising services that require any licensing on a state or federal level.

1.5 The Client also understands and agrees that the Company's services shall not be construed to be legal advice. The Company does not provide legal advice or legal services.

1.6 Whilst the Company will strive to assist members of the monthly subscription club with the highest and best level of services as provided in the scope of the agreement. The CLIENT enters into the membership with the understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results and outcomes. The client understands that with any memberships, the Company is unable to make promises or guarantees with respect to any outcome from joining the membership group and therefore the Company does not guarantee success, or any specific level of income or results associated with the membership services provided. The client further understands that ultimately it is the responsibility of the client for his or her success and that this membership is designed to enhance, supplement, and support the client in his or her efforts.

The limitations listed in this section are not an exhaustive list and not meant to be a comprehensive list of all limitations.

1.7. The CLIENT is to reject this agreement in writing and within seven days if they are not in agreement. Thereafter compliance with the agreement, the understanding of the services provided, and acceptance of this agreement are assumed by The Infinite Mind Co. 2. Services

2.1. The service provided to the CLIENT by The Infinite Mind Co. is an exclusive monthly subscription for ‘The Infinite Goal Academy with Mandy Evill’, a private Facebook group community providing support, guidance, tips and tools on growing their life, business and to support in becoming a successful entrepreneur or to create a more fulfilled life. 

2.2. The ‘The Infinite Goal Academy  with Mandy Evill’ Includes:

  • Private access to The Infinite Goal Academy Facebook Group Community.
  • Exclusive access to Live Training & Recordings.
  • Weekly Tasks 
  • Monthly Challenges
  • Newly released Training, weekly through Youtube
    • Monthly Live Q&A with Mandy
  • Random Live sessions from Mandy.
    • Monthly or fortnightly Client Spotlight
    • A place to share your own talents, abilities, and business.
  • Opportunity to Network and Collaborate with like-minded people.

2.3 The Client understands and agrees that any guest sessions, live training calls and any schedules are all subject to change with or without notice to the client and shall be set forth by the Company. 

2.4 Participation in Facebook Group. The client understands that participation in the Facebook group created for this group consulting is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Facebook. The client understands that the company is in no way affiliated with Facebook or its affiliates and therefore, the client agrees to hold the company harmless from any action or inaction taken by Facebook. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to benefit Facebook or any other third-party entity or individual in accordance with this contract.

2.5 If the Client breaches the contract or includes improper use of the Facebook group and any materials provided, the Company reserves the right to immediately remove the Client from the Facebook Group. If the Company elects to terminate this agreement due to the Client's breach of the Agreement, failure to adhere to the Terms & Conditions, and/or for misuse of the membership materials, the Client shall remain responsible for payment for the services for the full 12 month term.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. This Agreement and monthly subscription are for a minimum of 12 months (the "Term").

3.2 Membership fees are collected every month on the day of subscription for the full 12 month term of the membership. All membership will auto renew at the end of the term unless the Client sends written notice within 14 days prior to the end date of their 12 month contract.

3.3. There is no refund consideration. If the Client attempts to terminate the agreement during the 12 month term or if the Client elects to stop utilising the available contracted services during the 12 month term the Client's obligation to pay for the full purchase price for the 12 month term shall remain.

3.4. All funds will be deemed earned by The Infinite Mind Co. as soon as they are received. This includes all monies outstanding and not paid upfront. These will be deemed owed regardless.

4. Recommendations

4.1. For a successful journey of the membership, we recommend that you follow the steps outlined below. The CLIENT must however remember that they are still subjected to clause 1.3 and 1.6 should they not get the expected results.

4.2. Be honest with yourself and participate fully. Recognise that sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.

4.3. Make a commitment to completing all the action plans you create, ensuring that you deliver on what was set out or agreed to do.
